Spring, Summer & Winter camps

These programmes follow the popular pattern of formal English language tuition with a focus on speaking and listening followed by excursions and activities. We work hard with our teachers to ensure that the lessons are fun and link to the activities and excursion programme. We feel this helps to make the lessons and excursions more interesting.

Spring, Summer and Winter Camp Locations

Our summer and winter camps are normally held at:

Cambridge Melchior College in Cambridgeshire

Classes are held at our Willingham House campus, Anglia Ruskin University or the University of Cambridge. Willingham House offers high quality teaching facilities in beautiful college buildings set in landscaped gardens. Our facilities also offer air-conditioned classrooms, a student recreation area and refreshment facilities. The classes held at Anglia Ruskin University and the University of Cambridge are in the centre of Cambridge.

London Metropolitan University in London

Cambridge Melchior College holds Summer Camp Programmes at London Metropolitan University (LMU). The classes are held at one of LMU’s three campuses in the heart of the city. All buildings are fully accessible by public transport and within walking distance of several stations including: Moorgate, Aldgate and Shoreditch. Students will experience a dynamic and fast- moving environment where high-flying financiers rub shoulders with artists attracted by the cultural industries of Brick Lane and East London.

University of   Oxford

The College traditionally holds classes in Oxford using university facilities. The University of Oxford is one of the best and the second-oldest surviving universities in the world. The College has often used St Antony’s College in Oxford for many of its camps and does so because it is one of the most cosmopolitan of the University of Oxford’s colleges and is considered to be a centre of excellence in the fields of international relations, economics, politics, and area studies.

Monday 12^th June 2017 to Friday 1^st September 2017

Students can choose to stay for periods of one to four weeks. Longer programmes are available on application.
