IGCSE & A level Revision programmes

We offer Booster and Easter Revision programmes for GCSE, IGCSE and A levels. The programmes are designed to tackle areas of weakness, improve confidence, develop exam technique and improve grades.

The Easter Revision courses at Cambridge Melchior College span three weeks in the Easter Holidays. For each subject students will receive a minimum of 15 hours of tuition per week. Courses are timetabled for three sessions, viz:

Session 1: 09:00 – 13:00

Session 2: 14:00 – 18:30

Session 3: 19:30 – 21:30

Revision programme

Programme aims

  • Guide students towards better quality answers
  • Improve mock exam grade

The course takes place over five days and combines intensive subject teaching sessions, timed assessment tests, a final mock examination and seminars devoted to study skills, especially revision and examination technique

We require the following information at point of booking, without it a booking cannott be made. Subject(s) wish to revise

  • Exam Board and specification being followed e.g. AQA A or B, OCR J567 Higher, Edexcel Nuffield etc
  • Current grade level or mock examination result for the subject
  • Predicted grade or grade the student hopes to achieve
  • Topics the student would like to cover
